Summary

The WayqnAI app (available on Android) and the web version for iOS is the core of the WayqnAI consumer experience. In this core experience, users can search the web, create text, images, songs, videos, or other output, or engage with other features such as plugins. On the Website and App, users enter “Notices” that provide instructions to WayqnAI. In order to provide a relevant response, WayqnAI uses this notification along with the user's location, language and similar settings to formulate a useful response. In some markets, authenticated users can grant WayqnAI access to previous request history for better product personalization. The WayqnAI consumer product uses the collected data to provide and improve services, including to provide relevant advertising. Users who are logged in to their account can manage their request history in the product and privacy dashboard of the WayqnAI and can adjust their location, language and other settings in the product.

WayqnAI also appears as an assistant in other Wayqn consumer products. In these circumstances, data processing activities are generally aligned with the primary uses of those products. For example, WayqnAI's use and collection of QY personal data is consistent with QY's core web search offering, which is described in the Search and Browsing section of this Privacy Statement. In QY, WayqnAI appears in the sidebar experience and can help the user perform tasks related to the app they are visit.

WayqnAI Pro is another consumer offering from Wayqn and offers subscribers priority access to the latest models, enhanced image creation capabilities and access to WayqnAI. WayqnAI Pro website and main application have the same collection, use and controls as WayqnAI Consumer as described above. WayqnAI's offerings are also designed for enterprise users.
